Find out about the latest updates to the Hazard Communication Standard (HCS)
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) published the final rule to update the HCS in the Federal Register in May, 2024.
The update officially moves the US adoption of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling (GHS) to the 7th revision while also incorporating some elements from the 8th revision.
